I really enjoyed that one. Wasn’t the best, but had cool story, good acting & nice twists. Loved aesthetic & Rebecca's character.
So shocked I hadn't seen this earlier! So damn good, a creepy gothic like haunting
I think there might be a really good movie buried in the edit, but it doesn't come across as is. Very predictable unfortunately.
Maybe it doesn't quite have all the excitement you want out of a horror movie, but it's got the verisimilitude that other horror movies lack
Honestly it has a good plot, but it wasn't scary enough to be a HORROR movie. I think it was more of a Suspense Drama. But it was good.
Pretty good horror movie. The plot is pretty interesting and it has a few good jump scares.
The Awakening has a decent atmosphere, but the story feels slow and predictable, and it fails to build the tension it aims for.
Understated & spooky. I often think that supernatural tales stumble in the last act, but I was satisfied with this one.
Not that scary and relatively predictable but still an alright watch overall and decent acting from the cast.
Interesting workout but Jesus how predictable.
