The once appealing cheap visuals of the previous two are turned into TV-movie ugliness in this one. Still crazy, but disappointing too.
Incredibly disappointing for the series. The plot, incoherent without doing much. The action sequences boil down to just shaking the camera.
Tetsuo 2: The Iron Man is the real masterpiece. Watch that one if this is too boring. But this shows how he got there creatively.
