There is more silly than the first one. Is more fun, but the substance of the good parts from the first one is titally missing.
Keith David steps into the storyteller role and shines at the center of a decent anthology film. Campy, preposterous and mostly fun.
Decent stories, but it just doesn’t hit me the same way as the original. Still has some powerful messages that affect the AA community.

The stories are uninspired, the characters are 2d and the message is looped over your head so hard it feels like lazy propaganda.
Trashy campy and so on point. I can't decide if I liked the first one or this one better.
The sequel takes the first film and turns up the ante. Still keeping what made the first film good but cranked up the juice for the rest.
