Cary Grant always delivers exactly what Hitchcock wanted
Studio meddling kept this from being both 100% classic Hitchcock & Grant's darkest role. Fontaine's 2nd role 4 Hitch & the 1st of 4 4 Cary.
Need that “don’t be suspicious” song playing on loop 💀 why is he acting so suspicious
It is good very slow paced tho but some very cool scenes
Not one of Hitchcock’s best but good all the same
This movie works because of Grant's charm. Otherwise one knows not to trust a man who calls you "monkey face".
