One of Hitchcock’s lesser works. The view on psychoanalysis has changed dramatically since this film debuted. Still worth a watch.
Mediocre 4 Hitchcock. But Ingrid's in it. I think I'm in love w/her. Plus, below average Hitch beats 80% of anyone else so...
if only they had kept the Dali’s dream scene with its original length of 20 minutes what a masterpiece it would have been
Overlooked in favor of his later films. Worth watching just for the Salvador Dali dream sequence.

Richard Hanney has a rude awakening when a glamorous female spy falls into his bed - with a knife in her back. Having a bit of trouble explaining it all to Scotland Yard, he heads for the hills of Scotland to try to clear his name by locating the spy ring known as The 39 Steps.
