A campy and gory sequel that doesn't take itself too seriously Pamela Springsteen is fun as the twisted killer counselor Angela.
Not the worst but a step down & canonically nonsensical with Angela’s characterization in SC1. Abandoned the most interesting plot lines IMO

Angela is all-out bonkers in this one. Frankly most of the movie is just sort of crass and sleazy - then the finale is bloody slasher fun.
wanted to like this much more than I did. comedy and gore are not good enough to make up for its trappings. Should be campy fun, but isn't.

Years after a terrible boating accident, Angela is sent to Camp Arawak where a series of bizarre and violent "accidents" begin to claim the lives of various campers.
Angela Baker escapes from a mental hospital and surfaces at a summer camp as a counselor who lectures her teenage charges on proper moral behavior. Those teens who break her strict rules -- from the camp chatterbox or a sex-obsessed girl to the boys who are peeping Toms -- are murdered by the impostor in various gruesome ways. As more campers go missing, intrepid counselor Molly begins to piece together the truth.
Psychotic Angela is itching to do what she does best: slaughter dozens of teenage campers. As luck would have it, the previous site of her murders has been renamed and converted into an experimental summer camp meant to bring together privileged and lower-class teens. On the day the youths are boarding the buses to camp, Angela runs over a potential camper with a garbage truck and assumes her identity. Once she has infiltrated the camp, the real terror begins.
When campers and staff at Camp Manabe mysteriously begin disappearing and turning into gruesome corpses, paranoid Ronnie can't shake the memory of a series of grisly murders that took place at Camp Arawak two decades earlier.
Allison Kramer suffers recurring nightmares and selective amnesia. She returns to camp to discover the truth only to find dark memories coming to life before her very eyes. In her exploration she encounters a sleazy ranger and kindly hunter. Death awaits them, as the secrets of infamous killer Angela Baker are revealed.
