One of the most over-the-top films I’ve ever seen. But it’s gloriously over-the-top, and puts great thought into the stories it tells.

This movie is so stylized and unique it’s hard not to be amazed by the creativity alone

I loved the story, the style, and the colors. The modern/50s mixed theme was an excellent touch. It just made sense. Gave Max Payne vibes

Dripping in angst. Fueled by nicotine and sex. Everything in the dialogue screams "fuck that" in your face as you yell back. Classy classic

Visually inventive by making the movie immensely gritty but also feel vibrantly alive. Gory and thrilling movie that will keep you engaged.

Ripped straight from the pages. One of, if not the best comic book adaptation ever.

The graphic novel visual style is really something and perfectly matches the grim tone of these grisly stories. Good film, occasional watch.
