A few scenes make absolutly no sense, but it has some of the greatest kills out of any 80s slasher.
If you're looking for a good Christmas horror flick, black Christmas or krampus is way better.
A classic horror b-movie. Of course it's awful but in all the fun ways. Grab some friends and enjoy the cheese.

Though it takes a campier tonal shift, it’s pretty visceral and mean-spirited toward religious abuse and I love it and am here for it.
