I actually really like this one. I don’t know if it’s just nostalgia or what, but the music’s stuck with me and all in all it’s just fun.
Brilliant comic adaptation. Hugely impressive make-up and sets. Shame the films such a bore.
Kind of dragged on, but some great performances and gags. If you love Williams or Popeye, give it a shot.
Complete waste of pretty great casting. Who wanted to see Popeye as a melodramatic musical??

It a film for it time but so nostalgic based on the cartoon with it funny & musical moments it forgiving, Williams & Duvall are excellent

Perfectly casted, big sets, musical numbers, great visual gags. Completely falls apart in the 3rd act. But I love it.
A good movie to watch at 2:00 am in my opinion.
