They took some chances in this movie. There's some pretty unsettling scenes once you get past the subpar acting and convoluted plot.
A better movie than anyone would expect and a pretty decent experience that holds up. Still the best in the franchise. Launched Dante.
fierce, scary and exciting, There is also some humor floating on the surface but is fun. Overall good film.
Needs a good remake. Too outdated to watch! Please, not B-movie for remake!
Equal parts parody, homage, and rip-off of “Jaws”, the film blurs these lines to create something of a cheese-filled, campy mess. 5/10
Goofy B-movie with terrible effects, a high body count, a couple of sleazy scenes, and a concept riding the high of Jaws. So a B-Movie, then
Different than you might expect a 70’s horror movie to be - dances the line between parody and serious. Military plot line slowed the pace
One of my favorite animals on the loose type horror movies
Good riff on Jaws, thrilling and occasionally funny, worthwhile B-movie
Could've been better if it didn't try too hard to be like Jaws
