Finely crafted film with excellent historical and allegorical script elements. Masterly performed and directed.
I'd heard how amazing this movie is, and the music, along with such a captivating story, was quite something.
Just sit back, and enjoy a fairy tail for an adult audience, where you relive the horrors that only your childhood mind could dream up.
Guillermo del Toro has a mind like no other, he is without a doubt one of the most creative people working and this movie shows it

A bloody, magical fairytale with haunting music, incredible creature design and a Rorschach test ending. Del Toro’s best work to date.
Such an amazing classic, lovely jump scares, beauty plot, and artistic details that really add as some nice subtle foreshadowing.
