I saw it by chance on TV as a child and only rewatched it in its entirety years later. I really enjoyed it, and the plot is interesting.
Even when he scales back his stunts, Jackie Chan still kicks arse!
This one was more drama then action. But hey it's Jackie Chan
The action scenes were, as always, creative and physically impressive but what stood out this time was the heavier dramatic tone.
The problem with sequels is that it's never good. Almost never. But when the the first movie is the worst movie ever, what r the odds.
I really liked the more dark and serious tone of this movie. Jackie Chan is great as well here.

Different from Jackie’s older Police Story movies but still good with a darker theme and an interesting story. Nicholas Tse was great too!
Not the Police Story we all know and love. Very forgettable, and Jackie's stunts are few and far between (Unserstandably he's getting old).
