Sick kills and an updated story make this worth a watch, but it’s missing the unpolished charm of the original.
Lacked a lot, but wasn’t the worst. Cool story, good acting in general, special props to Jensen, he carried it. Entertaining and fun watch.

Watching this when it hit Blockbuster I really liked it, now it’s a mediocre movie with a fun twist.
Decent remake. The 3D was a cheap effect to make more money but the bones of the film isn’t bad at all. Jensen Ackles is great.
While the original is great this remake is better than original. The kills were epic and gruesome, and the story was more interesting.
Bad. Fun. Watch with a friend who has a similarly callous regard for human life.
It's a great slasher movie. There's nothing much to it just a bloody good time.
Good for a dull night to pass time. A remake that tried to be smart and twisty- didn’t quite work well. You could watch far worse though.
the kills are gory, the story is interesting and the 3D is 3D-ing! i love this movie but i might be biased because of jensen ackles.
