One of my favorite movies. You can almost feel the anguish from the main character. It stuck with me. Even tried the stationery bit.
Really strong performances carry this minimal location movie to the top and make you feel just as isolated as the protagonist
Such good acting by Kathy Bates and her obsession with a writer. Not ground-breaking but nonetheless a great 90’s thriller.
Kathy Bates is great as a crazy woman and James Caan is very good too. Hobbling is not something I’ve heard of but is extremely gruesome 😵

It’s pretty mild compared to the book, the book is much darker and much more terrifying. But it’s a respectable adaptation that I enjoyed.
