A classic laden with emotion and the difficulty of being lgbt and in love in Edwardian high(and low) society.
All I have to say is that this is my favourite movie and I’ve read the book three times.
An absolute favourite, sight to my eyes, it's beautiful.
Brilliant film with incredible acting. I hardly noticed the slow pace.
I would suggest reading the book prior to watching. Without some of the context from the book, you might miss some important moments.
a beautiful movie with a happy ending. outstanding for the year it came out in.
The acting, cinematography, costume design, and music in this film is fantastic. Pacing is slow, but the story for its time is worth it.
Beautiful adaptation and an unexpectedly happy and hopeful ending.
Didn't want it to end. A wonderful movie with a mesmerising atmosphere.
Cinematically beautiful! Outstanding story line. Overall wonderful movie
