Dull update on Happiness, really obvious satire without bite
Just a weird sequel where the characters are different actors and act different and it’s more depressing than funny
Confusing recasts between this and it’s better counterpart. One of Todd’s weaker movies
Not as good as Happiness but it has some worthy themes that are worth exploring.
Don’t start with this! Todd Solondz’s best films are Welcome to the Dollhouse and Happiness. This is a deep, deep cut and not great.
Not nearly as good as Happiness but compelling in parts. Ciarin Hinds is great, but I miss Dylan Baker.
