So bad it’s laughable. The dialogue is over the top and unnatural and it sounds like the entire thing is voiceovered.
Huge downgrade from the first with cheap CGI and cheap acting
Another example of taking a “well-produced B-movie” (LP) and dragging it down to an actual B-level for cheap cash grabs (LP2 and sequels).
Unfortunately the rest of this series falls so flat after the first installment in terms of production after SyFy takes over
I really like the first. This one is a C-movie. Cash grab straight to VHS junk.
I still liked it even though most would disagree
Unless your a teenager looking for crappy gore and boobs avoid this movie. Or maybe if your drunk with friends and roast the crap out of it.

When a man is eaten alive by an unknown creature, the local Game Warden teams up with a paleontologist from New York to find the beast. Add to the mix an eccentric philanthropist with a penchant for "Crocs", and here we go! This quiet, remote lake is suddenly the focus of an intense search for a crocodile with a taste for live animals...and people!
Man-eating crocodiles return to the lake as two males and one aggressive female crocodile, which is protecting her nest, wreak havoc on the locals.
A game warden moves his family to Lake Placid, once the site of deadly crocodile attacks. Locals assure him the crocs are gone, but his mischievous young son finds a few baby crocs and begins feeding them. They quickly grow into very big adults and start attacking the game warden's family and nearby town.
Black Lake is now a crocodile sanctuary, surrounded by an electric fence. When the fence is left open, a high-school bus unknowingly enters the park. It's up to Reba and the Sheriff to save the kids from becoming crocodile food.
A giant alligator goes head to head with a giant Anaconda. The town sheriff must find a way to destroy the two monsters before they kill the whole town.
A group of young explorers discover a secret area hidden from all maps and GPS devices. When they reach the center of the lake, they discover an abandoned facility that houses one of the largest, and deadliest apex-predators known to man.
