It's the ultimate 70s movie with great songs, but also a very interesting view on the relationship between Jesus and Judas

Never will there be a better Jesus and Judas. Ted and Carl are absolute talents, and the movie a very good take on the story!
This is one of my favourite musicals and has been since a young age, amazing cast of singers! No other version can compare!
Though nothing compares to the vocals of the original brown album. This is the second best version we have. Carl Anderson steals the show!
Outstanding production of an amazing rock opera. Carl Anderson destroys as Judas and the Mary is great as well. Several iconic scenes.

Not religious but I like this film and the music.
A nostalgic guilty pleasure but if you’re looking for a filmed version of Jesus Christ Super Star, it’s much better than the 2000 film.
Some decent moments in cinematography, but mostly a poorly written telling of Jesus’ end that looks like forgettable low budget 80s fantasy.
