Such a unique concept shooting a found footage film entirely from webcams when everyone was in isolation. Quick-paced horror at its finest
Thrilling, with naturalistic, endearing performances. Tied to the COVID-19 pandemic, so I wonder how it’ll age.
Pretty interesting based just on how and when it was made. Not sure that it will stand the test of time as a horror classic or anything.
For a 57 minute movie, this film is surprisingly scary and well acted.
A master class in the variants of the jump scare that plays in a sort of found footage style. Seance on a zoom call, what could go wrong?
One of the only horror films ever that actually scared me. Could have done without the medium character though
absolutely adore this cyber horror movie. managed to create a terrifying setting with a familiar one while keeping it fresh and lively
Relatable characters, appreciate their banter and relateability. Builds great atmosphere but it’s nothing we haven’t already seen before
Host is a terrifying masterpiece of the Zoom era. It’s a lean, inventive, and genuinely scary film that uses its format to perfection.
Way better than I thought a Zoom horror movie could be.
