Takes the villain making scarier due to the villain being a soldier not a scientist and doesn’t give the how or why letting you figure out
All these invisible man movies are kinda disappointing but this is definitely one of the better ones out there.
Worthy sequel here 4 once, as it hikes up the new nightmare a few more notches! Great cast again & top SFX. So watch them together if poss?

Cocky researcher Sebastian Caine is working on a project to make living creatures invisible. Determined to achieve the ultimate breakthrough, Caine pushes his team to move to the next phase — using himself as the subject. The test is a success, but when the process can't be reversed and Caine seems doomed to future without flesh, he starts to turn increasingly dangerous.
After the mysterious death of scientist Dr. Devin Villiers, Det. Frank Turner and his partner are assigned to protect Villiers' colleague, who revealed that a veteran soldier was subjected to an experiment with the objective of creating the ultimate national security weapon... an undetectable soldier. The experiment failed – with disastrous side effects.
