Great acting, good story, fantastic look into the making of a classic movie. Highly underrated movie that goes down smooth.
I love movies about the making of classic movies. There's not many of them though.
Almost unrecognizable Hopkins is brilliant and utterly believable as Hitchcock… the rest is somehow forgettable, but undeniably well done.
It’s okay as a one time watch and you’re feeling nostalgic for Hitchcock but it’s not much more than that.
Could have been a lot better considering the cast and subject matter
Perhaps too nicely-resolved, but a fairly entertaining portrayal of Hitchcock's flaws and struggles, led by a very good Anthony Hopkins.
Nice to see a film about the man behind the films.
Such a waste of talent! The actors did well - the film feels like 1 1/2 hours was not enough, so the script was chopped.
Not bad, but I was hoping for something more...
