There was something here that wasn’t executed as well one would hope. Skarsgård decent with a bland script & story that had better potential

Renny Harlin directs this prequel to the legendary film the Exorcist. While not perfect, there’s plenty to enjoy not as bad as people claim
The first and original Exorcist is the only one anyone needs to see.
René Harlin is terrible director and this is a catastrophic mess of a film.
Though not a huge Hollywood production, it holds up to be what could possibly be one of the best Exorcist installments that gets overlooked.
Not just terrible but boring and terrible.
