One of my favourite Emma adaptations. This is just so visually stunning, I really enjoyed it. NB I’d avoid the Gwyneth Paltrow one!
Very charming, I loved it! Seeing the famed quote "If I loved you less, then I might be able to talk about it more" in the flesh KO-ed me!
The colours are so stunning and bright, I like to watch this movie on a low day. The simplistic ideals of Emma are entertaining. Love it!
A perfect adaptation with great acting, vibrant colors and costumes that complement the character's persona. Delightful!
Great actors, good fun, aesthetically very pleasing. Nothing too special, but we all love a romantic period piece.
Sweet and aesthetically pleasing, however somewhat simple
A much liter film for Anya, the score is incredible & suits the film perfectly. Love the color pallet & costumes! Comedic & dramatic!
Compared to other adaptations, this Emma seems to let her privilege get in the way of kindness. She seems more controlling than meddling.
Great acting, especially loved Miranda Hart. Overall, good film for a chill Sunday afternoon.
I think this is my favorite of the 4 Emmas I’ve seen. The costumes & sets/locations ar amazing & yet subtle. It flows naturally & it’s fresh
