Nourishing to go back to my favourite characters
For the true DA fan - same people, resolutions of some stories, but not much of anywhere else to go from here! Time to let it go!
I needed a box of tissues in a good way.
It was a nice follow up to show. It would have been nice if there was a little more, it really just scratches the surface.
Witty, enjoyable, charming. Knows how to play on the emotions of their audience very well. Can't wait to see what the Crawleys will do next!
As a fan of the TV series, I can say that - although I didn’t love the first film - this was a great send-off for the Downton Abbey saga.
I enjoyed seeing the characters again. The costumes,set and storyline were true to the show.
As a period dramas fan I would, of course, like this. Too bad the Dowager Countess has such a little role (timewise)
If you enjoyed the series and the previous movie, this is worth the watch.
There are probably four major plot lines running concurrently here, but all but one are awfully predictable. The acting is good though.
