Great launching point for a soon to be lionized director.
The themes explored are astounding, slow paced and can be confusing, but its stark contrast from expected is exactly what its dealing with
There’s a reason that this movie makes people feel disturbed. Solid film in that regard. It’s a solid watch for making one uneasy.

If you are looking for a plot, look elsewhere. The atmosphere is engaging and the characters are well crafted....but weird. So weird.
Dark, disturbing and weird movie. A similar movie that i've watched was bad boy Bubby.
Good idea, avarage execution, would be better as a short film, after first 15 minutes nothing new introduced and repeats itself.
Bizarre, hilarious and dark. Everything about this is slightly off and it makes for an uncomfortable and unforgettable watch

Guido Anselmi, a film director, finds himself creatively barren at the peak of his career. Urged by his doctors to rest, Anselmi heads for a luxurious resort, but a sorry group gathers—his producer, staff, actors, wife, mistress, and relatives—each one begging him to get on with the show.
