The original Death Wish was probably the best, especially if your a fan of Bronson. It’s a good story, although poorly executed.
Cameron Campbell

Classic Charles Bronson. Fond memories of my dad showing me this as a kid.
Alexander Norberg
Alexander Norberg
A great classic movie that is a fantastic film about revenge.
Ricky Haas

Love how human Bronson is and not an unstoppable machine like 3-5. Great film, but no closure as it’s more vigilantism than full-on revenge.

I’m not making political commentary here. I feel this film isn’t about that. Raw revenge film is mostly ordinary aside from its brutality.
Vincenzo Ridente
Vincenzo Ridente
Bronson at his best in this thrilling gripping action film about revenge
Chris
Chris
Decent 70s action movie, Bronson classic, worth a watch
Bobby Lopez
Bobby Lopez
A powerful film showing the horrible effects of violence on the psyche.
Andrew

Many weaknesses in script, pacing, dialogue, emotional notes, FX, overly-grim violence etc. Yet that raw 1970s vibe still had me enthralled.
Scomochi

Some dialogues are meh (son in law, hospital, liberals blabla etc...) and the message (if there is one?) is confusing. NY scenes are ok!
