One of Van Damme's best. A great dystopian actioner. If you like 80s or 90d action...def watch this.
What you would expect from an 80's sci-fi JCVD film. The dystopia setting works to the tone of the films advantage. Eerie and brutal.
A poorly executed sci-fi action film with a weak plot, wooden acting, and low-budget effects. It fails to deliver any real excitement.

On of the best cult classics ever Van Damn is amazing. The setting is perfect. 100% action

Heavyweight Hollywood movie back in the day. But this film, was just oooozing cheese. Things have certainly gotten much better. C-
Classic Van Damme action movie. The dystopia setting really works here and the action is well balanced alongside the dialogue.
Great when I was fifteen, now not so much.
Drags even though it’s not even 90 minutes with fights that feel even slower. The sets/costumes are corny and the story has been told before

A martial artist hunts a killer in a plague-infested urban dump of the future.
In the year 2074, the cybernetics market is dominated by two rival companies: USA's Pinwheel Robotics and Japan's Kobayashi Electronics. Cyborgs are commonplace, used for anything from soldiers to prostitutes. Casella Reese is a prototype cyborg developed for corporate espionage and assassination.
