I liked this better than the first one. I was laughing with this one rather than at it, and the entire cast’s commitment pays off.
Remember this sequel had a lot more humourous scenes than its predecessor! So it made carry on with the rest! Scary date movie giggles, 😎

The franchise isn’t known for being great but that never stops me from coming back to it.
For me it was a step up from the original. Thanks to Mick Garris and David Twohy for balancing comedy/horror well and finding it’s footing.
Not as good as the first, and REALLY leans too far into the slapstick. But still fun in a group. It knows what it is, a cheesy B movie.
I enjoyed these movies when I was a kid. Pretty sure they wouldn't be as fun now.
A little bloodier & goofier than the first, but isn't better than it. Has great comedy bits, but the story is mostly dull.
