Pretty fun! Pacing drags at times but story and character keep the momentum going. Much better than it appears!
A great 80's horror movie that mixes conspiracy theories, laughs, and fun special effects. Very memorable and classic horror.

A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photojournalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.
A military experiment to create a race of super-warriors goes awry, as legions of murderous zombies are unleashed upon a suburban neighborhood.
