Bride of Re-Animator
Horror • R • 1990 • 1 hr 36 min
A great follow up to the original. Same dark humor and with even more West antics. You will not like Dan by the end though.
Great sequel! Really takes the comedy head on moreso in this one than the original, such a fun watch.
Darkly comedic and absurdly graphic, just like it's predecessor. Jeffery Combs gives yet another great performance. A really great followup.
A severed head attached to bat wing!?! What more could you ask for?
A decent follow up to the original that's a Bride of Frankenstein homage with plenty of gore and moody lighting.
Fantastic follow up to Re-Animator, draws some other parts from the source material as a fun bonus.
I personally think this is better than the first, if you wanted character development then this is the movie and it was just as funny
Almost as good as the original with Combs on point and great special effects. Coming from someone with a Bride of Frankenstein tattoo.
I thought it was good, preferred the first.
Even better than the first one, much like bride of Frankenstein to the original Frankenstein.
A dedicated student at a medical college and his girlfriend become involved in bizarre experiments centering around the re-animation of dead tissue when an odd new student arrives on campus.
Unperturbed by the disastrous outcome of his previous meddling with the dead, Dr. West continues his research into the phenomenon of re-animation; only this time, he plans to create life – starting with the heart of his young protégé Dan's dearly deceased, Meg Halsey. Surely nothing could go wrong?
Once again tampering with mother nature to disastrous results, Dr. Herbert West continues his research while serving time in a maximum security prison for his previous exploits. West's limited prison-cell experiments are suddenly interrupted by the arrival of a new prison doctor and the brother of the girl who suffered from West's experiments 13 years earlier.
