A nice action movie that you don't have to really concentrate for as the story is told through the action, a perfect lazy evening movie.
It feels shameful to like this as much as I do, but goddamn is it fun to watch Grillo and Iko kill practical effect aliens.
Got to see this sequel at long last, & I believe it's a trilogy very soon, so coolville, as this was far superior to the 1st one, big time!
The first one was horrible and this one just ads salt to the wound
Surprisingly fun alien invasion movie. Just turn your brain off and enjoy the action
Run of the mill alien invasion movie. If you enjoyed the first one you might enjoy this but keep expectations low.
If youre into mindless extraterrestrial action give it a watch. Worse than the first.
Not good. I like Frank Grillo but this movie is ridiculous. Just silly. Very cheesy sci-fi. Watch it if you're into that.
This is the rare occasion when the sequel is far superior to the original.
Literally wild and action-packed interpretation of "War of the Worlds". And still, there is a million ways to make whole idea more engaging.
When strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, people are drawn outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth. Now the band of survivors must fight for their lives as the world unravels around them.
Detective Mark Corley storms his way onto an alien spaceship to rescue his estranged son. When the ship crashes in Southeast Asia, he forges an alliance with a band of survivors to take back the planet once and for all.
When a virus threatens to turn the now earth-dwelling friendly alien hybrids against humans, Captain Rose Corley must lead a team of elite mercenaries on a mission to the alien world in order to save what's left of humanity.
