An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power
Documentary • PG • 2017 • 1 hr 40 min
An excellent and equally disturbing sequel to the first instalment. We are really fucking up our planet!
Not as good as the first. Wich also was not that great
More of the same but with a bigger budget and broader scope. Good message, nonessential doc
Like the first this represents the 90% “scientific view” and the 1% public view. Legitimate issues are lost in political fluff.
We tried so hard to finish this, but it’s so bland it’s tough to sit through. Important topic, just done in the least entertaining way.
Difficult to watch
A documentary on Al Gore's campaign to make the issue of global warming a recognized problem worldwide.
A decade after An Inconvenient Truth brought climate change into the heart of popular culture comes the riveting and rousing follow-up that shows just how close we are to a real energy revolution. Vice President Al Gore continues his tireless fight, traveling around the world training an army of climate champions and influencing international climate policy. Cameras follow him behind the scenes—in moments private and public, funny and poignant—as he pursues the empowering notion that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion.
