Arthouse, maniacal quasi musical that's shot brilliantly and acted even better. Roy Scheider is simply perfect along with everything else.
It’s a bit of a fever dream. Makes you wonder if Fosse would describe his life that way. Sometimes it’s too late to wake up.
Worth watching if you're a big Fosse fan, but I prefer the TV adaptation, Fosse & Verdon.

You become exhausted for the protagonist. Shows the underbelly of the musical and dance world. Unconventional movie, but in a good way.
It took a ways into it, but when it starts to break down with back to back numbers, it showed how eclectic and memorable this experience was
