I remember loving this movie in 1982. Just watched again and though it was just OK. Kind of shows how movies have improved over the years.

The original buddy cop movie, Murphy & Nolte have great chemistry together and their banter is hilarious, the story is a little bland though

Hilarious, unorthodox and fun. Eddie at his best(time of life) and Nick is an incredible foil for him. Have fun

A raw and old fashioned buddy film with surprising chemistry between the two leads!

A very funny action movie with good acting and is worth the watch

Back in ‘82, I would’ve gave it 4 stars, but it’s starting to show its age. Nevertheless, I’d recommend it for a first watch.

It’s the best buddy-cop movie because Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte play off each other so well.

the chemistry between these two is great even tho its volatile.
