Great for all audiences! Historically accurate, told in a way that’s not too slow/fast. And you can never go wrong with Chadwick Boseman.
A great story about a baseball legend. He had such a difficult road but this film tells it so well. Top notch acting, cast, cinematography.
Shows the struggles of Jackie Robinsons journey to the HOF
Maybe if I rewatch it I’ll want to give it 4 stars. I haven’t seen this since college, but I remember liking and am willing to rewatch it.
Enjoyable watch, great acting and such an interesting story. Even better knowing it’s a true story.
Chadwick Boseman does a fantastic job of bringing this role to life. Harrison Ford is also good as always

Just watched this. A courageous story about a man who sacrificed his pride to help the world turn from racism. Great Movie!
While it takes some liberties, it's an awe-inspiring, riveting story about the hardships and hurrahs of Jackie Robinson in his rookie year.
Not only does this star the late great Chadwick Boseman. But this is also (in my opinion) the best baseball movie, ever made.

Jim Morris never made it out of the minor leagues before a shoulder injury ended his pitching career twelve years ago. Now a married-with-children high-school chemistry teacher and baseball coach in Texas, Jim's team makes a deal with him: if they win the district championship, Jim will try out with a major-league organization. The bet proves incentive enough for the team, and they go from worst to first, making it to state for the first time in the history of the school.
