A tragedy full of grim scenery and reminiscing of past mistakes. It was unique as it brought fear from emotion.
Eerie enough. The horror doesn’t exactly land but you are engaged and invested in the character.
God watch this for Thomas Jane alone, such an overlooked actor. I was suprised with how much I enjoyed the film. a good slow burn horror.
No where near as good as the book. Very slow but progressively gets better.
It went really slow so I lost interest in a few part but for the most part it was good
Great King adaptation that is super close to the source & with changes that don't alter it too much.. Dense atmosphere, good cast, loved it!
Slow and pretty boring. I thought it would have been better
The horror isn’t the focus, but rather an exclamation point on the existing story. That won’t work for some people, but it did for me!
Thomas Jane kills it in this morbid Stephen King adaptation
Although quite slow it brings gritty and unsetteling atmosphere, not everyones cup of tea
