Grim atmospheric horror. Slowly burns and well done.
A tragedy full of grim scenery and reminiscing of past mistakes. It was unique as it brought fear from emotion.
Good one about how being ignorant and greedy destroy everything around main character. Very slow paced, but ok.
A stellar performance from Tom Jane makes this king adaptation a win

God watch this for Thomas Jane alone, such an overlooked actor. I was suprised with how much I enjoyed the film. a good slow burn horror.
It went really slow so I lost interest in a few part but for the most part it was good
No where near as good as the book. Very slow but progressively gets better.
