A remarkable achievement in film that adapts the words of a real man, and in doing so, endows the story with a heart and truth unrivaled.

An incredible movie but unfortunately it falls into the white savour trope
Jimmy Dopico

One of the better movies that deals with such a dark and difficult topic. Lupita definitely deserved the Oscar, but so did Chiwetel Ejiofor

Movie seems shorter than it is. Hopelessness meets hope.

That sorrowed me in every cell of my body. There has been so so much horror in the world.
