As an RE fan, I love the context it provides, unfortunately for the average viewer who has never bother with RE, I’d recommend skipping it.
A bland yet beautifully animated series. It doesn’t add anything special to the RE canon or provide excitement for the casual viewer.
The first two episodes were "Amazing", then the destruction with nonsense plot and unsientific symbolism just began. such a disappointment.
So this is anime? Pretty impressive...story was pretty good but short
It was alright but there's plenty of better stuff to watch. Resident death island was significantly better.
All style and no substance. Looks great but the story makes no sense, and the villain's plan would probably cause a nuclear war with China

Despite having such a good videogame premise, the movies and shows usually fall flat. Case in point. It's bland and feels off.
Wasted characters, nonsense motives, absurd villain. it was just plain meh wouldn't recommend.
I wanted to like this, but it bored me the whole way through.
