Funny, and at times kinda inappropriate. Characters are great, and the jokes land most of the time.
Another archetype of a slovenly husband trapped in a family trope. Edgy in its day, but doesn’t hold up.
A now classic show that rejected the prudish pressures of polite society in favor of humor more representative of life at its time. Crass.
Used to catch this a lot when I was a kid. Al Bundy was the ultimate dad. A man's man. Wouldn't fly nowadays.
Classic sitcom. Kinda like live action Simpsons
A cynical portrait of the American family. It’s low brow humor can be funny but it didn’t keep me engaged.
Hit or miss. A few hilarious gems, but also a bunch of boring episodes.
Mildly funny, but the overwhelming sexism makes it hard to watch.
Tired and predictable. The jokes are funny the first time. By the fifth time they get repeated they're just lame.
Most of the characters are absolutely annoying to me, so it's a hard pass. No thank you.
