Just binged this. Beautifully illustrated, amazing story, and I cried like a baby. It looks cute but gets pretty dark. Not for kids.
Starts out cute, and it (quite literally) descends into a really dark place. It's fantastic; absolutely worth watching!
Explores one of the most intriguing fantasy worlds I've seen in a while. Includes lots of children suffering. Not for faint of heart.
One of the coolest concepts in anime. Super interesting and mysterious, you just can't wait to learn more about it.
Intense, mysterious, thrilling, and heartwarming. If you like spectacular worldbuilding, watch this show.
You think its light hearted? Watch it then we'll talk.
A very mysterious world, that pulls you in like the titular abyss. Don't let the cute characters fool you though, this is a dark anime.
Stunning art, it's a very dark anime which contrasts how childish and kiddy it looks, rollercoaster of emotions and is just wow
The best adventure anime of the decade. A wonderfully mysterious setting with great memorable characters, and harrowingly dark situations.
Ah yes cute anime about exploring. Looking for artifacts and [r e d a c t e d because s p o i l e r s]
