He's everyone's favorite action hero... but he's a hero with a difference. Angus MacGyver is a secret agent whose wits are his deadliest weapon. Armed with only a knapsack filled with everyday items he picks up along the way, he improvises his way out of every peril the bad guys throw at him. Making a bomb out of chewing gum? Fixing a speeding car's breaks... while he's riding in it? Using soda pop to cook up tear gas? That's all in a day's adventures for MacGyver. He's part Boy Scout, part genius. And all hero.

Saw a couple episodes on streaming, it's fun and interesting, but because I didn't grow up with it, I didn't catch the vibe.
80s awesomeness. This guy could do anything.
The height of every episode is when MacGyver uses his random household tools (rubber band, etc) to engineer a contraption that saves the day
A guy that improvises with any tool he can get his hands on just as the situation calls for it. Absolute genius.
My dad has me watch this as a kid. Loved it till an episode with scavenger ants gave me nightmares (it’s not too bad but I was too young)!
Love this show! Its a bit dull at times but there are definitely memorable episodes!
Not a fan. The ingenuity made me cynical rather than feeling impressed or that it was cool.
Best TV show ever, Richard Dean Anderson is a Legend!❤️
I never watch this series because I wasn't around back then
It was fun as a kid. Not a great show overall. Definitely didn’t understand: “I don’t do guns, but I will blow you up or melt your face.”
