A raw family drama set against the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in Venice, California. Alvey Kulina owns Navy St. MMA with the help of his girlfriend Lisa Prince. He is willing to go through extraordinary means to make sure his fighters are taken care of, but all of this responsibility comes at a steep price. He has complicated relationships with both of his sons, Jay and Nate, who are both struggling with their own identities and places within Alvey’s life and gym.

The series ended prematurely, but had a perfect ending with no loose ends. Great acting and great fighting. Best show that nobody has seen.

Went into watching this with low expectations... but man this is one of the best tv shows I've ever seen.. Just a bloody great experience..

A gritty foray into a world of violence and substance abuse with a backdrop of mixed martial arts. Great performances throughout the series.

It' in my top 10 list. The most real fighting show ever. If you are or were a fighter then you know what I am talking about

My favorite tv show of all time ahead of breaking bad and sopranos. Idk how this isn’t talked about more deserves another season.

I have recommended this series to a ton of people and the feedback is always the same: AMAZING . Well done drama. I was truly sad when down.

Completely overlooked until it hit Netflix. An absolutely amazing show. Terrific cast, well acted/directed. One of the best I've ever seen.
