Absolutely loved this British drama. A story which focuses on a single night that changes everything for the main character; good and bad.
Her journey towards some idea of healing and dealing with trauma was raw, relatable, and very messy. Bittersweet but real.
Michaela Coel is a force to be reckoned with.
Well-written characters, but similar to Euphoria - it’s excess is often it’s downfall. Smashing the audience over the head with indulgence.
SO HEAVY! and i loved every second. raw and honest exploration of sa, self destruction, complex trauma, and substance abuse.
we need more shows like this that was so real.
A hard watch but an incredible and unforgettable performance
I was expecting a more seen-before female power trauma healing story. But this show is what art is supposed to be. Unique and unexpected.
So underrated! Handles some difficult subject matter with a lot of depth and sincerity. A near-perfect single season of TV.
Great show with strong observation about current topics
