History of the World: Part II

Almost nothing in this series is funny. It was excessively and unnecessarily crude.

Not nearly as good as old Mel Brooks, sketches feel cringey and forced and at times out of place...looking at you Rasputin Jackass

This show is super corny and so not funny. Pass.

Hulu thought it would be a good idea to make a sequel to Part One, but the humor gets flat.

It’s like a sober Drunk History with a few nods to Mel Brooks thrown in. Not really all that great.

This bummed me out. Mel Brooks isn’t much more than a talking head in this. Some great talent here, but forgettable.

Started strong with some sketches but fell short as it progressed. Can’t replace the original cast or feel.

It’s light watch that requires no brain cells. Some of the stories are better than others.

Worst load of rubbish I've seen in a long time

When the jokes land they land, when the jokes crash they thud. Hard not to compare this unfavorably to the first one.
