What started in 1975 with the disappearance of 20 people from a small town in Oregon, ended in 1997 with the largest suicide on US soil and changed the face of modern New Age religion forever. This four-part docuseries uses never-before-seen footage and first-person accounts to explore the infamous UFO cult that shocked the nation with their out-of-this-world beliefs.

It was about time we got a worthwhile doc on Heaven’s Gate. bonus points for how relevant Qults are in America now :(
This documentary was so weird and absurd to me that I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks after watching it.
Incredible and captivating documentary. Impossible to turn off - binged it in one sitting. The old footage was surreal. Worth a watch!
This probably didn’t need to be stretched out into a limited series to make it’s point, but it’s still a fascinating documentary.
Not only is this fascinating, in-depth, and far from sensationalist, but despite all odds, this documentary manages to also be respectful.
Love cult documentaries. This one is up there with Wild Country. I just wish there were more episodes.
If you're curious about cults, you can't skip this one. This guy with the eye contact...sheesh.
I love this documentaries. It exposes normal people to the bat shit crazy people that live amongst us
Interesting cult if cults interest you or how people are manipulated in them
Cult of cults? That's clickbait. No real coherent purpose in the series. Interviews & headlines present the surface. Worse, it's boring.
