Shinsekai Yori is a dark, complex and emotional anime with excellent world-building and well-developed characters. Highly recommended.
A very confusing and slow start, building up to a very intense post-apocalyptic bisexual fantasy drama. With mole-rats. Just watch it.
The characters struggle to solve trivial mysteries. Meaning that the plot advances slowly while giving us nothing meaningful to contemplate.
