A long-running dramedy centering on the Winslow family, a middle-class African American family living in Chicago, and their pesky next-door neighbor, ultra-nerd Steve Urkel. A spin-off of Perfect Strangers.
User Reviews
Who could forget Steve Urkel? Feel like it was actually a bit unfortunate for the actor - a bit like Michael Crawford's situation.
I vaguely remember watching this show but it didn't stick with me. It was a fine show but it wasn't for me.
Urkel is annoying, but it's a type of annoying that I can put up with because I enjoy the show otherwise. A good family show.
I found Urkle to be annoying & not in a fun or amusing way, more like nails on a chalkboard. No thanks
You come for Urkel and you stay for Urkel.
Funny and heartfelt. Better than most sitcoms at the time
Really cheesy ok to watch once and never again
Such a funny show. Still funny to this day
Simple and funny show. Got boring real fast for myself.
1990’s black “average family” sitcom. It’s decent, but not worth recommending. Watch Fresh Prince instead. 6/10
