This didn’t need to be multiple episodes. It could have been one 30 minute or maybe an hour special.
Weird hotel not just this case but others
Could have been a 1-1.5hr thing instead of 4eps. The YouTuber stuff was awful. Last ep was pretty good and gave the only new(ish) info. Meh
This series was well done. It captures the eery nature of the disappearance and just how creepy the entire hotel is.
Sensationalist storytelling that will disappoint conspiracy theorists and cynics alike by the end. This did not need to be 4 hours.
The series does a great job exploring the many layers of the case. The eerie history of the hotel adds intrigue that keeps you hooked.
First episode is okay, then it turns into a youtube amateur investigation that is completely pointless. Entire show can be told in 30 mins.
Very intriguing at first, but the doc just felt underwhelming towards the end... Exaggerating minor details that happened
A good documentary. Maybe a little stretched but it is still decent.
Undoubtedly a compelling story, but lets the victim get lost amidst internet sleuth antics, which seems to be Netflix’s new favorite angle.

Academy Award-winning documentary filmmaker, Jean-Xavier de Lestrade, presents a gripping courtroom thriller, offering a rare and revealing inside look at a high-profile murder trial. In 2001, author Michael Peterson was arraigned for the murder of his wife Kathleen, whose body was discovered lying in a pool of blood on the stairway of their home. Granted unusual access to Peterson's lawyers, home and immediate family, de Lestrade's cameras capture the defense team as it considers its strategic options. The series is an engrossing look at contemporary American justice that features more twists than a legal bestseller.
