Love it until last season, even tho it’s very funny
Funny couples sitcom. Better than Friends.
Amazing series, wonderful actors, great wit and quotable dialogue. 10/10.
Brilliant British sitcom about dating. Vastly superior to most American shows about the same topic.
Smart, funny and timeless , love the show
Dating/friend comedy ahead of its time (though exceedingly white). Watch a few in a row and get caught in your own “giggle loop”.
Really funny! Like british version of the Friends! But better!
A little dated, but the brit version is still the best (failed u.s. version pales in comparison). Richard Coyle's Jeff is a standout.
Like friends but with more sex. Like a lot more sex.
Basically the UK version of friends. Extremely saucy and clever. Feels edgy despite not containing any explicit sexual content.

A crazy comedy about three rather strange parish priests exiled to Craggy Island, a remote island off the Irish west coast.
Black Books centres around the foul tempered and wildly eccentric bookshop owner Bernard Black. Bernard’s devotion to the twin pleasures of drunkenness and wilful antagonism deepens and enriches both his life and that of Manny, his assistant. Bearded, sweet and good, Manny is everything that Bernard isn’t and is punished by Bernard relentlessly just for the crime of existing. They depend on each other for meaning as Fran, their oldest friend, depends on them for distraction.
Black Books is a haven of books, wine and conversation, the only threat to the group’s peace and prosperity is their own limitless stupidity.
Spaced: the anti-Friends, in that it examines the lives of common 20 somethings, but in a way that is more down to earth and realistic. Here we have Daisy and Tim; two 'young' adults with big dreams just trying to get by in this crazy world. They are thrown together in a common pursuit of tenancy, which they find by posing as a couple. The house has a landlady and an oddball artist living there. The series explores the ins and outs of London living.
After a naive Midwestern girl's big city dreams are dashed her first week in New York, she finds herself living with her worst nightmare in this hilarious, contemporary comedy about a female odd couple who are surrounded by an outrageous cast of characters.
The lives and loves of a group of quirky 16-year-old high school girls who live within the same south London housing estate.
Essex and Wales collide when Gavin and Stacey fall in love - bringing their friends, family and baggage with them.

The fortunes of a former chat show host who is reduced to a lowly slot on Radio Norwich. Alan Partridge is divorced, living in a travel tavern, and desperate for a return to television.
Ted, a successful but morally conscious man, runs a research and development department at a morally questionable corporation, Veridian Dynamics. No achievement is too far fetched and no invention too unorthodox for Veridian. Ted loves his seemingly perfect job; he loves his superhuman boss, Veronica, and colleagues Lem, Phil and Linda, but he's starting to take a closer look at the company's extremely questionable practices... especially when they try to cryogenically freeze one of Ted's scientists for testing purposes.
