Set in the world of fashion and PR, immature fun-loving mother Edina Monsoon and her best friend Patsy drive Eddie's sensible daughter, Saffron, up the wall with their constant drug abuse and outrageous selfishness. Numerous in-jokes and heavy doses of cruel humour have made this series a cult hit in the UK and abroad.

Hilarious sitcom with fantastic and memorable characters
great fun. been watching for years but only watched all series recently. proper good innit
Incredible long running show that captures the most despicably funny types of people in posh 90's London. Good 2 C back 2 back with Bottom.
I love this show, watched with my family while I was young and we all quote it constantly
Timeless comedy that simply gets better with each viewing. Socially on the spot plus so many great performances from all the cast.
Ironically over the top, but some of the jokes will have you in stitches, a casual funny watch
the title couldn't have been more accurate
this series has been a huge hit. really hit the 90s culture nail on the head.
Edina and Patsy try to stand out and be relevant in the high-stakes and pompous Fashion industry. They do a wonderfully stupid job of it.
One of my favorites as a kid, which explains a lot about my humor as an adult.

An unassuming mystery writer turned sleuth uses her professional insight to help solve real-life homicide cases.
While on a mission, American astronaut Captain Tony Nelson is forced to make an emergency landing that will forever change his life. On a deserted South Pacific island, Captain Nelson happens upon a bottle containing a beautiful two-thousand-year-old female genie named Jeannie. Rescuing her from the bottle nets Tony the requisite three wishes, and then some, when Jeannie pledges total devotion to her new "master".
A former professional baseball player, along with his preteen daughter, moves into New York advertising executive Angela Bower's house to be both a housekeeper and a father figure to her young son. Tony 's laid-back personality contrasts with Angela's type-A behavior.
A crazy comedy about three rather strange parish priests exiled to Craggy Island, a remote island off the Irish west coast.
The series stars Gary Coleman and Todd Bridges as Arnold and Willis Jackson, two African American boys from Harlem who are taken in by a rich white Park Avenue businessman named Phillip Drummond and his daughter Kimberly, for whom their deceased mother previously worked. During the first season and first half of the second season, Charlotte Rae also starred as the Drummonds' housekeeper, Mrs. Garrett.
The misadventures of four lunatic students who live in a shared student house. There's Rick, the overblown political one addicted to Cliff Richard, Vyvyan the experimental scientific one/part-time anarchist, Neil the worried hippy, and Mike the ladies' man (at least he is in his mind).

A wacky alien comes to Earth to study its residents and the life of the human woman he boards with is never the same.
Hyacinth Bucket (whose name, she insists, is pronounced "Bouquet") is a suburban housewife in the West Midlands. She would be the first to tell you that she is a gracious hostess, a respected citizen, and a well-connected member of high society. If you don't believe that, just ask her best friend Elizabeth, held captive in Hyacinth's kitchen; or the postmen and neighbours who bristle at the sound of her voice; or Richard, her weary and compliant husband.
In fact, Hyacinth's reputation could be as perfect as her new lounge set, if not for her senile father's love of running wild in the nip. Oh, and she would prefer it if her brother-in-law was a sharper dresser. And that her husband was more ambitious. And that her sisters were more presentable. And do take your shoes off before you come in the house, dear. Mind that you don't brush against the wallpaper.
